Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Because each El Roi Ceramics workshop requires advance preparation, materials, and reserved seating, the following cancellation policy applies to all workshop registrations. **7 or more days before the workshop** You may receive a full refund or transfer your registration to another available workshop. Any non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund. **3–6 days before the workshop** You may receive a 50% refund or transfer your registration to another available workshop. **Less than 72 hours before the workshop** Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member or request credit toward a future El Roi Ceramics workshop, subject to availability. **No-Shows** Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable for participants who do not attend and have not contacted El Roi Ceramics prior to the workshop. * If El Roi Ceramics Cancels If a workshop must be canceled by El Roi Ceramics due to illness, low enrollment, or another unforeseen circumstance, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a future workshop. ### Severe Weather or Emergencies If a workshop must be postponed due to severe weather or an emergency, a new date will be provided. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund. By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
